The hotel is centrally located just off along the great Brighton seafront, and Brighton regular for there conferences. The rooms are newly decorated and modern, with a balcony, armchairs and coffee. The service is great with private parking...

The venue was in a beachfront location not far from the city centre and many attractions as well as refurbishment-scuffed areas.

Nice big room. Extremely friendly, helpful staff, especially to highlight the girls at the reception. They really went to a lot of trouble with our English ;-). Breakfast is standard. Good location, multi-storey car park....

The hotel has its own garage at £1.80 per day and charges £20 per day. They also give tips on where to park for free. Brighton has a parking problem.

Excellent breakfast. Fantastic location. Own Starbucks store in the lobby.
A bit unkindly furnished. Creepy parking garage. Windows didn't open very wide (just a crack, because of the fuse). It looked pretty run-down from the outside.

Pleasant staff, sea view, bed and pillows were comfortable
Unfortunately, this hotel is not good value for money at all. We paid £205. The sea view and room size was good, but the furnishings in the room were so dated. Furniture falling apart and looks like it was installed in the 1960s/1970s. Bathroom was appalling for a hotel of this price... Shower over the bath with just a curtain. Surface of the bath flaking and old. I would expect a separate shower cubicle for the price we paid. This hotel has a 4* view, but 2*/3* facilities. Would not recommend.

Reception staff very nice!
Expensive for the quality of the room, windows were not double glazing - the wind disturbed us all night. Breakfast 14.95 when booking on-line, 9.99 when we arrived.
